This class will focus on the RTI (responce to intervention) model and finding great interventions to improve struggling students performance. While this is targeted for regular classroom teachers, special educators will find great ideas they can share. I will begin with a brief description of the RTI model and then dive into practical effective interventions for behavior, math, reading, writing, and more.

Michael has been teaching for 16 years in both special education and regular classrooms. He has a masters degree in education technology, and is actively involved in online professional learning communities.
