Microsoft’s Sway: New Tool for Great Presentations and Reports
Come learn how to use Microsoft’s newest free tool for creating beautiful presentations, interactive reports, personal stories, and more. It’s called Sway, and it makes content creation easy, fast, cross-platform, shareable, and remixable. When combined with UEN resources and tools, Sway can be an amazing teaching and learning tool.

Excel 4 The Classroom
In this introductory session to Excel/Google Sheets, participants will explore Excel activities that go beyond the basic for classroom use. In this session participants will learn how to work within and navigate your way around spreadsheets, enter/format/sort data within cells, import data into Excel, use formulas and functions, and develop charts and graphs.

Creative Coding through Games and Apps
Come learn how you can take advantage of Microsoft’s “Creative Coding through Games & Apps” curriculum using TouchDevelop to teach a “creative coding” middle school class. The curriculum will introduce students to computer science concepts in a way that they are the creators. It is designed to get students excited about “coding” as they explore computational thinking, collaboration, coding, problem solving, and computing ethics through a variety of projects.
